Concept Generation
PRODUCT POSITIONING TO DESIGN DECISION
Our concept generation process focused on translating market positioning into a clear and distinctive packaging identity. Through competitive analysis, sketch development and proportion studies, the final bottle direction was shaped to achieve strong presence, practical usability and a scalable design language across the full range.
DESIGNED FOR IDENTITY
Our bottle design process focused on creating a distinctive plastic packaging form that balances visual character, ergonomic handling and manufacturing efficiency. Through sketch development, proportion studies and production-driven refinements, the final direction was shaped to deliver a recognizable identity with scalable production potential.
PRODUCT FAMILY
Our design process was designed as an integrated packaging system where surface texture, structural geometry and production molding shaped the final identity together. Grip patterns, base construction, embossed branding details and mold were refined simultaneously to create a package with strong presence, practical handling and efficient manufacturability.

ERGONOMIC DESIGN
Our bottle was shaped through a human-centred design process where interaction, comfort and control guided every decision. Proportions, grip zones and body transitions were refined to create a natural in-hand experience, while the distinctive silhouette strengthened shelf presence and reinforced the Saphori identity.
PRODUCT FAMILY
Our packaging system process developed 200 ml plastic bottle, 700 ml plastic bottle and 1.1 kg bottle were developed as a product family. Shared proportions, surface character and structural details created a cohesive visual identity while allowing each format to respond to its own functional needs.
